Senior Financial Analyst - Strategic GTM Finance

Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Sales Finance (Topline Analytics) team within FP&A. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

While candidates in the listed locations are encouraged for this role, candidates in other locations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Bookings forecasting: Own and refine the bookings forecast
• Cash forecasting: Build and maintain the cash collections forecast by linking consumption, bookings, and billings
• Partner with Sales Strategy & Operations to provide recommendations to finance leadership
• Serve as an extension of Sales Strategy & Operations and support finance decision-making across top-line reporting
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales stakeholders; maintain visibility to senior leadership across both functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field
• 3+ years of corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking experience; familiarity with the software industry (and SaaS) is a plus
• Experience building financial models independently and preparing recommendations
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and scale while supporting a fast-moving, high-growth business
• Curiosity to learn and solve problems independently
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely deliverables are met
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets); comfortable managing large datasets and driver-based models
• Prior experience using SQL or willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range Transparency

• Zone 1 Pay Range: $137,400—$189,000 USD

Compensation packages are based on factors including job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and work location. The organization anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. Total compensation may also include eligibility for an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
