Overview
A leading organization in the Enterprise Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation: $103,700 – $122,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Present business outcomes and financial forecasts to diverse stakeholders
- Develop and communicate key analytical findings and financial models
- Collaborate with General & Administrative departments such as accounting and legal
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in forecasting and reporting processes
- Support budget owners with investment integration and provide financial insights
- Participate in monthly close meetings and prepare management reports
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling across various organizational areas
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience working in a technology or high-growth company environment
- Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- Familiarity with SaaS and recurring revenue business models
- Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with financial modeling tools and Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL databases
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
