Overview
An established organization in the commerce infrastructure industry, supporting brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in over 80 countries, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Founded in 2012, the organization provides shopper-centric products that enhance brand trust, product differentiation, conversion rates, profit margins, and speed to market. Its clientele includes major global brands and retailers.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Present financial outcomes and business outlooks to stakeholders.
- Analyze and model complex financial data.
- Collaborate with teams including accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, compensation, and legal.
- Drive initiatives to automate and improve forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
- Work with budget owners to align investment needs.
- Participate in monthly close and management reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in technology or high-growth companies.
- Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Knowledge of SaaS or recurring revenue business models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Openness to iterative processes and feedback.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $103.70 to $122 USD per hour (US National Pay Range).
- Compensation package includes base salary, potential commission or bonus incentives, and equity through stock options.
