Overview
This role works most closely with teams operating in the Eastern time zone; alignment with standard EST or CST business hours is preferred.
A Senior Financial Analyst position is available to support teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. The role reports to the Finance Manager and collaborates closely with leadership to drive performance through data and insights. It offers hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, and operational analysis within a mission-driven organization.
Employees are expected to be available on-camera during Core Working Hours (Monday - Friday, 12 - 5 p.m. ET) with standard business hours of 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. local time. Up to 10% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to set goals, track performance, and align spending with strategic priorities
- Prepare the annual budget and long-range plan; consolidate and analyze data
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models and track key metrics
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses to provide business performance insights
- Prepare materials for board decks, management presentations, and investor communications
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and leverage technology and AI tools to automate workflows and improve decision-making
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and evolving business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
- 3–5 years of finance experience, including at least two years in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Advanced financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail (sample work required for finalists)
- Experience preparing presentations and communicating financial insights to internal or external stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and systems-oriented; experience with business intelligence tools, data modeling, SQL or DAX, AI tools in finance, or Python is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $100,000–$115,000, determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions
