Overview
The organization is dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through technology-driven solutions in healthcare finance, unclaimed property, risk management, and revenue cycle management. This role supports the organization’s technology and consulting solutions by leading engagements and contributing to business growth, including implementation support, parallel services, front-end reconciliation consulting, and remote assistance consulting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support business decisions
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide accurate financial forecasts
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and key performance metrics for executive leadership
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and offer actionable insights
- Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across systems and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with organizational objectives
- Provide customer-facing project updates, including managing open items and addressing barriers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, including 2–3 years of accounting experience with familiarity in general accounting, treasury, and reconciliation reporting concepts
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large, complex data sets, advanced formula writing (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to apply services to dynamic situations
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills while working in a team-oriented environment
- Travel required up to 20%
