Overview

A Senior FinOps Financial Analyst position is available to support a contract with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP). The role involves building cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services. This position is contingent upon contract award expected in May/June 2026, with a start date in June/July 2026.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to a customer site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to the Judiciary’s developing Cloud FinOps organization.
  • Assist in establishing and maturing financial operations practices across all four authorized Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
  • Design and implement processes for effective cloud cost management, optimization, forecasting, and accountability.
  • Develop financial models customized to align with program consumption patterns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and drive cost efficiency in cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with Cloud FinOps across multiple cloud providers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Cloud FinOps.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000, depending on experience and other factors.

Location

  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Occasional travel to Washington, DC (approximately 10%).
