Overview
This role is responsible for end-to-end FP&A for the business, supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and forward-looking analysis. You will partner closely with Finance and operational teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and help drive sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including annual planning, forecasting, and strategic planning (e.g., long-range planning)
- Leverage AI technology to streamline and enhance existing FP&A processes, improving efficiency and identifying opportunities for automation and innovation
- Develop and own business insights into key drivers of business performance, providing forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with Finance and operational teams to identify risks and opportunities using emerging trends and data-driven analysis; develop key metrics for ongoing performance management
- Own parent company FP&A reporting by consolidating team insights and analysis into clear reporting and commentary
- Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting and analytics, improving the quality and accessibility of business insights
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline
- Relevant experience in financial planning and business analysis
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive business strategy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage competing priorities
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in transformation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to an inclusive team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, showing initiative, curiosity, and sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve, automate, or accelerate finance processes

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $105,000–$115,000
- Performance-based bonus: 10% target, 20% maximum

Location
