Overview

A leader in the Business Services sector is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Services Financial Operations within their Center of Excellence. This remote role, open to US-based candidates only (no visa sponsorship available), focuses on driving operational priorities related to execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. The position involves collaboration with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. This role offers the opportunity to impact operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance in a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team supporting content creation, forecasting, and sales for Digital Operations stakeholders
  • Develop materials for regular updates to Digital leadership and executive teams
  • Lead quarterly forecast cycles and annual budgeting processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee preparation and analysis of key performance indicators, providing actionable insights
  • Manage sales reporting, establish performance targets, and track commissions
  • Maintain and improve forecasting models and reporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to resolve data issues and support enhancements in financial processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), operations finance, or related roles
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services environments
  • Proven leadership of early-career, distributed teams, including offshore resources
  • Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with enterprise planning and business intelligence tools such as Workday, Adaptive, and Power BI preferred

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Expertise with FP&A and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with forecasting software and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $130,000 – $185,000
