  • Establish operating rhythm, analytical standards and documentation, and ways of working to ensure the FI&I team is resilient, scalable, and consistently high-quality.
  • Advance analytics maturity through predictive model design and delivery, and scenario and sensitivity analysis; deliver scalable, repeatable enterprise financial models.
  • Support forecasting by championing analytics used by FP&A’s Enterprise Analytics and Operational Statistics work, including trend analysis and core drivers such as billing days, fringe, and Protiviti burden rates.
  • Drive consistency by ensuring analytics methodologies are consistent, well-documented, and applied uniformly across regions and business units.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the finance organization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage initiatives to improve cross-functional processes and enhance FP&A productivity and effectiveness, including auditing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best-in-class financial practices.
  • Manage integration of real-time data into financial models and decision-making frameworks to improve agility and support dynamic financial planning.

Financial Systems, Tools & Automation

  • Identify and lead high-value automation opportunities, including managing automation of manual reporting and analysis to free capacity for higher-value insight and business partnership.
  • Partner with Financial Data & Analytics (FD&A), IT, and Data Governance to ensure trusted, well-defined data.
  • Lead FI&I innovation initiatives that improve accuracy and efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Manage preparation and presentation of the quarterly enterprise forecast, annual enterprise budget, and monthly financial reports, including KPIs, variance analysis, and functional performance.
  • Guide development of sophisticated financial models and forecasting tools to evaluate business performance, client profitability, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the team that provides information required for external disclosures, earnings releases, investor scripts, and management reporting, including fluctuation and trending analysis and long-term planning information as needed.
  • Provide substantive analytical support to executive management as part of the quarterly earnings cycle, including helping executives understand trends and anomalies in business results to support financial regulatory activities.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Identify and manage initiatives to enhance tools and data analytics capabilities to improve FP&A’s ability to deliver timely, actionable financial insights.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
