Overview
This role leads the team responsible for standardizing and centralizing all sales and pricing data to enable measurement of sales and pricing performance against organizational goals. The position ensures progress tracking and reporting to all stakeholders, collaborates with sales and pricing managers, directors, and leadership to set goals and quotas, and develops sales and pricing forecasts. It involves budget and planning activities for the Revenue Management team and financial returns analyses on initiatives and existing sales and pricing process investments. The role serves as a strategic thought leader advancing revenue intelligence capabilities by transforming traditional reporting into forward-looking insights that shape sales and pricing strategy, optimize profitability, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all sales and pricing reporting and business analytics
- Partner with sales and pricing leadership to determine metrics, goals/quotas, and leading performance indicators for all sales and pricing roles
- Educate and train users on the principles and use of all reporting and business analytics
- Define the structure and process for data gathering, analysis, and distribution to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of metrics on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)
- Collaborate with Digital teams to ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and accuracy
- Communicate project status to all organizational levels
- Participate actively in Sales and Pricing Councils and other internal teams related to sales and pricing reporting, goals, and metrics
- Work with external vendors and consultants to enhance data availability and incorporate it into reporting, analytics, metrics, and goals
- Focus on continuous process improvement and staff development through individual performance and development plans
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide vision for revenue insights across sales and pricing, aligning analytics with strategic business priorities and growth objectives
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable insights, analytics frameworks, and decision-support tools
- Lead transformation of reporting infrastructure by introducing modern visualization tools, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales, pricing, operations, or reporting and analytics functions

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range across the U.S.: $123,000 - $187,450 (good-faith estimate; actual salary may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location)
