Overview

Senior Manager, Strategic Finance / Remote

This role supports strategic decision-making by connecting operational activity to financial outcomes. You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and collaborate across Sales, Operations, Product, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional analyses end-to-end and deliver real-time recommendations on staffing, pricing, and resource allocation
• Build financial models leadership relies on, including narrative development behind the numbers
• Own meaningful workstreams across the FP&A cycle; serve as a thought partner to leadership
• Connect operational drivers to revenue outcomes (e.g., job scheduling, provider payments, invoicing, and product usage that ladders to revenue)
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to diagnose upstream drivers before they appear in the financials
• Translate analytical findings into decisions that change how teams operate

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience, with the experience path including at least one of:
  • investment banking
  • management consulting
  • transaction advisory
• Experience in an FP&A, Strategy, or Operations seat at a scaling company
• Hands-on experience building financial models from scratch
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to translate analysis into decisions
• Experience valued: SaaS, legal tech, or marketplace businesses

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical problem-solving for ambiguous, messy, or unstructured datasets
• Ability to communicate complex, multi-layered issues clearly to cross-functional partners
• Ability to determine appropriate depth (zoom in vs. zoom out) based on the audience and decision
• Consultant-like approach to structuring problems, building an analytical case, and driving toward actionable recommendations

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $130,000 – $170,000
