Overview

A leading organization in the Consumer Technology sector is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst - Growth. This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives related to growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. The position involves collaboration with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to translate market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location

  • Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

  • $127,000 – $160,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Own topline forecasting and maintain driver-based models for business performance
  • Lead analysis on revenue and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Data Science teams to align on metrics and insights
  • Create executive-ready materials for leadership to inform strategic priorities and decisions
  • Standardize measurement and track impact across marketing and product initiatives for review sessions
  • Work with Strategic Finance teams to evaluate retailer and marketing impacts on business performance
  • Refine and automate reporting processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and decision-making

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance/FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analyses
  • Experience presenting to VP/C-suite stakeholders, effectively conveying complex data into business narratives
  • Proven track record in forecasting and performance reporting for a business segment

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, financial modeling
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and statistical analysis software
  • Knowledge of forecasting and data analytics software
