Site Payments Associate (Home or office based in Bulgaria)

Overview

This role is part of the global Site Payments team dedicated to the processing of Investigator Payments within the Global Centralized Solutions group. The position focuses on supporting a critical phase of the clinical trial lifecycle and contributes to key payment processes by analyzing data and ensuring payments are generated accurately and in accordance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process investigator payments in strict adherence to contractual guidelines, country regulations, and established procedures.
• Drive the payment generation process, including:
  • Site Study Budget entry.
  • Compile data from multiple sources to generate site payments based on completed patient activities and contracted milestones, including related pass-throughs.
  • Review and process site invoices where required.
  • Respond to and resolve payment-related issues and findings.
• Demonstrate strong financial stewardship in management of funds, investigator payments, and project finances.
• Partner effectively with study sites and study teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous experience in an international corporate environment, preferably with payments processing.

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution.
• Self-organized with the ability to make decisions regarding daily tasks and priorities.
• Ability to multitask and meet changing project needs in a fast-paced global environment.
• Results-driven approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze project-specific data.
• IT literacy, including MS Office, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and financial systems (and related platforms).
• Good technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
