Sr Financial Analyst, Integrations

Overview

This role supports and enhances financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities using Workday Adaptive Planning. You will develop advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports, partnering with Finance leadership to build bottom-up budgets and forecasts, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making and operational performance
• Partner with Finance leadership to drive practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy
• Present key performance insights to stakeholders and support performance management
• Collaborate closely with operating teams to inform business outcomes and decision-making

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and how financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures impact business performance
• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to solve business problems and support decision-making
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000.00–$100,000.00
• Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location
