Sr Financial Analyst - LHB

Overview

This Senior Financial Analyst role supports enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. You will partner with business leaders and functional departments to build financial models, track performance against plans, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

The position maintains financial forecasts, supports annual budgeting, develops management reporting, and drives continuous improvements to financial planning tools, processes, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to develop and maintain financial models
• Monitor performance against plans and analyze variances
• Identify risks and opportunities and deliver insights to support strategic decisions
• Maintain financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process
• Develop and enhance management reporting
• Drive continuous improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
• Demonstrated success in financial operations management and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA a plus
• Experience working with multiple technology platforms a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum to Maximum Range: $67,600.00 - $127,000.00
• Compensation offered will vary based on job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience
• This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan
