Sr. FinOps Analyst - AP, AP Audible

Overview

The Finance Operations team supports all areas of the organization by providing operations accounting and operational excellence services focused on high-level controllership and cost efficiency. This team manages the systems and processes that ensure accurate payment to suppliers, invoicing of customers, and financial reporting.

This role is part of the Accounts Payable Finance Operations Services team supporting Audible AP. The position involves collaborating with senior management to drive financial improvements, scalability, and process excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about accountability, setting high standards, and continuously improving operations, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and analyze claims using Workday
• Maintain accuracy levels above 99%
• Meet productivity targets
• Prepare and reconcile vendor statements
• Research credits and returns
• Investigate and process payment holds
• Perform quality checks on processed invoices

Requirements

• MBA degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections), or general ledger
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections), or general ledger
