Overview
A leading organization in the Finance & Insurance sector is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager specializing in Home Builder Finance. This remote role (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship) focuses on supporting financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management to enhance business visibility and decision-making. The position involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new builder finance relationships and generate deal flow
- Coordinate team efforts to approve and close new deals
- Monitor credit quality of the portfolio alongside assigned portfolio managers
- Collaborate with the Credit team to manage onboarding processes
- Stay informed on industry trends impacting the portfolio
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience financing production homebuilders, including at least 5 years in sales
- Formal credit training or experience in reading financial statements
- Experience underwriting and structuring builder lines and acquisition & development loans
- Strong networking skills and ability to establish builder finance relationships

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $142,561 – $222,200
