Overview
This role involves shaping the future of finance by combining financial planning expertise with digital innovation. The Strategic Financial Analyst, Planning & Digital Strategy will collaborate with Finance and Digital teams to develop and implement AI-powered tools that enhance forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency. The position also supports adoption efforts to ensure new solutions deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Digital, and IT teams to develop and implement AI and automation solutions that improve finance processes and decision-making.
- Support financial planning activities including forecasting, strategic planning, capital expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and business case development.
- Act as a liaison between finance and technical teams by translating business needs into actionable requirements and communicating technical solutions in business terms.
- Drive adoption of digital tools through training, change management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze results, measure value realization, and provide recommendations to support finance transformation and business growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, finance operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in digital technologies, automation, and AI-driven business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization, automation, or AI tools.
- Knowledge of business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation range: $90,000 to $130,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on role level.
