Strategic Finance Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Strategic Finance Analyst to join the Finance team. This role supports financial planning, performance reporting, cross-functional business partnering, and executive decision support. You will work closely with leaders across Supply, Product, Operations, and Marketing to model key performance indicators, forecast growth, and present strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Support finance team management by providing a deep understanding of key financial metrics (top-line and expense-related) and the underlying business drivers.
• Build, maintain, and update key performance indicator models to support responsible scaling while balancing high growth with sound financial decisions.
• Act as a business partner to leaders across Supply, Product, Operations, and Marketing to understand department needs, address financial inquiries, and build and maintain budgets.
• Support the bi-annual strategic planning process by assessing the potential financial impact of new business initiatives and evaluating growth opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Own the creation of monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting decks and lead presentations for executive leadership.
• Partner with the Manager of Strategic Finance to build corporate budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses for teams across the organization.
• Lead monthly check-ins with team leaders to review department-specific performance, spend efficiency, and overall business metrics.
• Prepare comprehensive materials for the Board of Directors, investor relations updates, and quarterly earnings support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent) with strong financial modeling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker and/or NetSuite.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline analytical processes.
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or luxury design.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Tri-State Pay Range: $96,000—$106,000 USD
• Total compensation includes multiple components. Base compensation is included, and equity, comprehensive benefits, and incentive (if applicable) are also components of the total compensation package.
• Pay is determined based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
