Overview

This role involves leading the Finance & Strategy Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, partnering closely with the GTM Lead and executive team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, the finance executive will drive financial strategy, business modeling, and decision support, serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic finance partner to the GTM lead and leadership team, building strong relationships and providing sophisticated analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive investment strategy across GTM functions and channels by developing frameworks to measure outputs, success, and assess trade-offs among investment opportunities.
  • Lead and execute financial, strategic, and planning processes supporting GTM activities, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews, Annual Plan, and Long Range Planning.
  • Develop strategies for pricing, customer acquisition incentives, revenue forecasting, headcount investment, custom pricing management, and sales incentives.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing strategic finance team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, with significant experience supporting GTM functions at an operating company.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives on company-level strategy initiatives and investment decisions that drive growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a history of delivering results on corporate-wide initiatives.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable problem statements and communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working with metrics, building new KPIs, and analyzing large data sets, with a preference for automation and AI tool adoption.
  • Experience partnering successfully with sales, marketing, account management, and partnerships organizations.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguous workstreams and building processes from the ground up.
  • Experience managing and scaling finance organizations, including hiring and coaching high-performing teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary ranges based on geographic location (U.S. zones A-D): $263,600 to $395,400 USD.
  • Compensation will be determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Location

  • U.S. based roles with salary zones determined by cost of labor index for the geographic area.
