Overview
This remote work-from-home position involves analyzing basic financial, statistical, and competitor price data to recommend price changes aimed at improving profitability.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain pricing infrastructures
- Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and adjust pricing structures as needed
- Recommend and implement monthly price increases, coordinating with Sales and Billing for execution
- Collect and analyze financial, statistical, and strategic information to maintain pricing tools
- Create and analyze reports on customer and route profitability
- Audit billing and services to monitor customer changes and setups
- Provide reporting and documentation of pricing structures
- Serve as the point of contact for pricing inquiries from the internal sales department (not customers)
Requirements
- Must live and work in the United States
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or alternatively:
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) plus two years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience beyond education requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting/Finance, Business, or equivalent related work experience
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in pricing, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections
- Effective presentation skills for financial information to management and Sales leadership
- Excellent computer skills, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools preferred
- Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of contracting
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $78,000 - $80,000 annually (remote position across the U.S.)
