A client of the recruiting platform is seeking a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certified professional for a primarily remote role with occasional travel to Delaware. This position is open to W2 candidates only; C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead large global SuccessFactors implementations
• Engage with customers effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills

Requirements

• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or designated functional area
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading large global SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong customer-facing communication skills

Location

• Mostly remote with travel as needed to Delaware
