Tax Senior Manager / Tax Director with Top 100/300 CPA firms + RIA Firm (Fully Remote + Partner Track)

Overview

A mid-sized to Top 100 CPA firm and a Top 10 Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm with an in-house tax department are seeking experienced tax professionals for Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager roles nearing Director promotion. These positions are fully remote within the United States and offer opportunities for leadership growth up to Partner level.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tax services to high-net-worth clients and entities
• Manage complex pass-through entity tax work
• Lead and mentor tax teams
• Collaborate with wealth management professionals in an integrated tax and financial planning environment

Requirements

• CPA certification
• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service
• Prior tenure at a public accounting firm with impressive experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $275,000, dependent on experience
