Overview
This fully remote role (US/EU) involves leading the day-to-day management of live tokenized asset funds on a blockchain-based platform. The position focuses on operational management of investment products that bridge traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi), contributing to the development of a next-generation onchain asset management platform.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily fund flows including:
- Coordinating stablecoin settlements
- Overseeing tokenized share issuance using ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 standards
- Managing complex smart contract interactions
- Operating MPC wallet workflows such as transaction policies, whitelists, and multisig approvals
- Manage DeFi liquidity and routing:
- Direct cross-chain liquidity
- Connect tokenized real-world asset products to broader DeFi protocols, including ecosystems like Sky, Aave, and Morpho
- Build intelligent monitoring systems:
- Design workflows to automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems
- Analyze wallet activity, token flows, and DeFi transactions to generate operational and strategic insights
- Monitor liquidity pool health
- Streamline regulatory reporting
- Oversee risk and financial reporting:
- Maintain precise transaction logs
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with fund administrators on fee and cost accounting
- Track fund performance metrics
- Develop intelligent alerting systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate asset manager needs into platform improvements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis, with knowledge of valuations, accruals, and investor reporting
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges
- Familiarity with MPC wallets or multi-sig tools (e.g., Fireblocks, Safe) and ability to read onchain data using tools like Dune, Etherscan, or Tenderly
- Proficiency in data management (Excel, databases) and basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar), or demonstrated ability to use AI agents and large language models to parse financial data and automate workflows
- Strong attention to detail in validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting with smart contracts
