Tour Accountant

Overview

Tour Accountant required by the organization based at 1 Ellen Ave, Lititz, PA 17543, but may be performed remotely anywhere from within US. This role is responsible for all financial transactions and related record keeping for the performance, including income and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete financial records related to the performance, including all income and expenses
• Review and apply knowledge of performance-related deal memos and contracts
• Ensure financial and contractual obligations are met
• Prepare accurate documentation as required by the IRS and other Government departments
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including management, local promoters, and third-party vendors, to support a profitable venture

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of performance-related deal memos and contracts
• Ability to ensure financial contractual obligations are met
• Experience preparing documentation required by the IRS and other Government departments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $51,043.00
• 5 day/40 hr. week
