Trustee Sales and Accounting, II, Specialist Vylla

Overview

The Trustee Sales and Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing account receivables and account payables in accordance with company policies and procedures, investor guidelines, and all applicable US state and federal laws and regulations.

Target pay for this position is $24.50–$31.50 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Process all account receivables at a loan level.
• Review vendor invoices and accounts receivables and make any needed adjustments.
• Provide weekly and monthly estimated revenue to senior management.
• Review, reconcile, and process month-end G/L reports for corporate accounting.
• Maintain, ensure proper allocation of, and balance AP bank accounts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five (3–5) years of work experience in a professional environment.
• One (1) year plus accounting, A/P and A/R experience (preferred).
