  • Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team by shaping the organization’s financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising, in close partnership with the CFO.
  • Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance leaders can understand and act on; challenge assumptions with evidence when needed.
  • Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions, using the appropriate level of depth and speed.
  • Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development, succession readiness, governance, and controls.
  • Redesign forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI, including controls that validate outputs and protect confidential data.
  • Oversee sales compensation administration to ensure incentive plans align with company goals and are executed accurately.

Requirements

  • Experience developing leaders and building engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with a bias for continuous improvement.
