The review will primarily be based on historical financial reports and documentation from Aplos, with recommendations to establish strong financial reporting and internal control practices moving forward.

The project is time-sensitive, with a significant grant proposal due September 1. Leadership support is secured for implementing recommendations, and a primary project lead will coordinate the engagement. The goal is to enhance financial stewardship, transparency, board oversight, and grant readiness for long-term organizational growth.
