VP of Finance

Overview

This is a remote position supporting a confidential client with transaction readiness and finance leadership coverage. The engagement starts ASAP and runs through Q1. It begins part-time and ramps to full-time. Remote work is available, with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on finance leadership to support transaction readiness
• Prepare for and execute a sponsor-backed exit
• Support midsize companies through M&A and diligence
• Execute finance work independently while partnering with senior leadership

Requirements

• Direct experience preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit
• SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment
• Experience supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence
• Hands-on finance leader who can execute independently and partner with senior leadership
• Availability to start quickly, increase hours, and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience
• Experience providing interim finance leadership during a transaction
