Overview

This 12-week, paid summer internship is designed for college students who want to gain real-world experience and build skills for their career after graduation. The intern role supports special projects, initiatives, and specific activities that vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support work within claims and membership to create and report financial data.
• Use advanced Excel skills to generate, analyze, and perform trend analysis on data.
• Streamline and optimize reports using AI.
• Use AI skills to improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program, or graduated within the last 6 months (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or Python.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $41,200.00 - $66,000.00.
• Compensation type: Hourly.
• Base compensation plus potential bonus tied to company and individual performance.
