Accounting Analyst (Remote in AZ)
Overview
This role is a Customer Service Help Desk position within the Finance Service Center. You will work closely with business partners to resolve shipping-related issues and answer questions from internal and external customers and vendors related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The role also includes reviewing employee expense reports and approving items for reimbursement.
Strong phone and email customer service skills are important. You should be comfortable navigating multiple systems (including Oracle and Concur) to provide timely resolutions. The position is primarily remote, with the requirement that the Analyst be able to work from the Scottsdale office when needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer service calls, questions, and issues, and work to resolve them.
- Create and analyze reports, then provide recommendations to management based on findings.
- Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation as needed.
- Assist with training related to business process changes as needed.
- Participate on teams focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically requires 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying problems, reviewing related information, developing/evaluating options, and implementing solutions.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and research problems and resolve them using appropriate solutions.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Oracle and SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred.
- General knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.

- Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly

Location
