Overview
A premier, globally integrated manufacturing enterprise serving as a Tier-1 supplier to the automotive sector is seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate. This role supports day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations for the U.S. subsidiary of a South Korean parent corporation. The position is remote and supports U.S. operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and verification of accounts payable invoices using QuickBooks.
- Support monitoring of outstanding balances and utility invoicing.
- Aid in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in preparing financial data and reports for translation and delivery to overseas headquarters.
- Help reconcile intercompany receivables and payables.
- Provide administrative support for maintaining daily cash position logs.
- Assist with preparation of federal and state tax reporting.
- Support documentation for annual audits and corporate tax filings.
- Provide administrative assistance for employee payroll cycles.
- Assist with distribution of annual compliance documents such as W-2s and 1099s.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a quantitative field with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- 0-1 years of accounting or internship experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Professional-level verbal and written proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization).
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-party intercompany reporting pipelines to a Korean corporate parent.
- Background in fast-paced manufacturing or automotive supplier industries.
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 base plus performance-driven incentives.
