  • Lead AI & Automation Adoption
    • Identify, design, and drive adoption of AI and automation opportunities across AR accounting workflows.
    • Leverage AI/LLM and advanced analytics to automate manual reconciliations, improve accrual accuracy, strengthen controls, and accelerate period closes.
  • Maintain Balance Sheet Integrity
    • Own AR subledger integrity, flux analyses, variance explanations, and period-over-period movement schedules.
    • Provide clear management insights into AR trends, material movements, and key balance sheet drivers for senior Finance leadership.
  • Drive Audit Readiness & SOX Controls
    • Maintain audit-ready workpapers and process documentation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding AR schedules, walkthroughs, and audit request responses.
  • Cross-Functional Process Alignment
    • Partner with Billing Operations, Cash Applications, Revenue Assurance, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A teams.
    • Validate subledger accuracy, clear unapplied balances, and reconcile AR balances.
  • Finance Transformation & SAP Implementation
    • Partner with Transformation, Engineering, and IT teams to redesign AR accounting workflows.
    • Eliminate manual routines and drive process standardization, automation, testing, and data readiness for SAP and other systems implementations.
