Overview
This role supports accounting functions for external clients, focusing on balancing and settling all client benefits and funds entering and exiting the system. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work within strict daily deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Use Excel to perform bank statement reconciliations
- Utilize Excel templates to balance daily settlements
- Ensure all tasks are completed within restricted daily time allocations
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data
- Adapt to atypical or unusual situations as needed
- Communicate effectively in English via email and orally
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of reconciliation experience
- Experience in back office banking operations is highly desirable
- Experience with payment services, prepaid cards, banking, or ACH files is highly desirable
- General accounting knowledge and expertise
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficient computer skills with strong Excel abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $22-$25 DOE (may be below some state minimum wages; applicants should consider this before applying)
- Potential eligibility for bonuses or incentives based on business needs

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (8-hour shift)
