Overview

This role provides comprehensive accounting support to small and medium-sized business owners through omnichannel chat platforms. The successful candidate will answer general and complex, data-heavy financial questions, analyze financial information, and provide clear, accurate guidance that supports clients’ daily operations and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and effectively to customer queries through omnichannel chat platforms.
• Address accounting-related questions requiring strong financial expertise and analytical skills.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with bookkeeping and comprehensive financial guidance.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide accurate, insightful, and timely responses.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client understanding and internal processes.

Requirements

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner.
• Previous experience as an engaged expert with relevant domain expertise in financial support.
• Experience as an accountant or bookkeeper handling high-volume, data-heavy queries.
