Accounts Payable Finance Senior Manager (Temp to Perm)-Hybrid

Overview

This opportunity is with a healthcare services employer seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and improve their accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle accounts payable and disbursement process
• Oversee communication and productivity of an offshore team
• Design and implement internal control policies and key performance indicators for accounts payable
• Monitor compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounts payable experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes and internal controls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential inquiries
