Responsibilities
- Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment execution
- Handle domestic and international vendor payments using Ramp and Airwallex platforms
- Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy of banking details and tax documentation compliance
- Support month-end close activities such as accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure strong internal controls over payables, expenses, and payments; assist with audits and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or accounting operations
- Practical experience administering Ramp or a similar payables system in a corporate setting
- Experience executing domestic and international payments using Airwallex or comparable fintech platforms
- Proficient with NetSuite, including general ledger coding and multi-entity configurations
- High attention to detail with a strong internal controls mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments
- Exposure to audit support or regulated industries
- Prior ownership of AP, expense, or payments system implementations
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership
