Overview
This opportunity is with an organization in the Change Management Consulting industry seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional. Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies
- Support administration of corporate credit card and expense reporting programs, including auditing transactions and assisting employees
- Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs, maintain vendor records, and respond to vendor inquiries
- Support month-end close activities by preparing accruals and reconciling the accounts payable subledger to the general ledger
- Participate in ongoing efforts to improve and streamline accounts payable and expense processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably supporting multiple entities
- Strong understanding of accounts payable practices, including tax compliance and vendor documentation
- Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Ability to work extended hours during month-end and year-end close periods as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with invoice automation tools and accounts payable platforms such as Tipalti, Coupa, AvidXchange, or Stampli
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
