Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

This role is responsible for accounts payable specialized execution within premium travel operations, with a focus on improving financial record integrity. Work supports premium travel, ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. Decisions should be grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the accounts payable workflow by helping the team review financial inputs against supporting records.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Protect confidential account information.

Requirements

• Confidently use the Accounts Payable Specialist workflow and reconciliation to carry out accounts payable specialized execution within premium travel operations.
• Perform spreadsheet analysis while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to accounts payable work.
• Document data validation decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Cruise Program Support, including escalating when accounts payable work requires it rather than assuming.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year
