Acquisitions Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the evaluation and execution of multifamily investments. This role partners closely with the investment team, contributing to financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence across the full acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions
• Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends
• Support due diligence, including property tours and document review
• Prepare investment materials and presentations
• Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams
• Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and effectively while working remote and traveling
