Accounting Manager E-commerce

Overview

The organization is seeking an Accounting Manager with strong experience in e-commerce accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership. This role oversees accounting operations, improves processes, manages reconciliations across multiple platforms, and supports strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and accounting operations.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Manage and mentor accounting team members.
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar).
• Strong e-commerce accounting experience (MUST).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
