Overview
The Advisor, Finance Planning & Analysis role reports to the Manager, FP&A on the Corporate Consolidations team, with visibility and engagement with senior finance leadership and their teams. Responsibilities include financial reporting, financial consolidations, and ad hoc analysis to support Corporate FP&A managers and directors.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the consolidation of yearly budget and strategic financial planning processes, including consolidated results for P&L and understanding key drivers and strategies for corporate functions
- Generate monthly allocation of corporate costs to segments and perform consolidated variance analysis for P&L
- Assist with consolidation of forecasts and advanced R&O outlooks
- Drive process improvement through transformation workstreams while partnering with segment finance teams
- Partner with audit to establish SOX controls and create repeatable processes to meet ongoing control requirements
- Support additional ad hoc and project work as needed
- Work effectively across matrix organizations, including corporate function teams, business units, enterprise FP&A, accounting, and other COEs
- Ensure strong controls are in place and protect the organization’s intellectual property
- Serve as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective
- Develop calendars and timelines, standard templates, and communications to align teams and hold stakeholders accountable

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a finance function with at least 2 years in FP&A roles in a large complex organization (preferred)
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred). Advanced degree (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
