Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis

Overview

This role provides strategic partnership and objective guidance through Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), delivering forward-looking, actionable insights that support key business decisions.

You will report to the Enterprise Director, FP&A, with high visibility and engagement with the CFO, Finance VPs, and Investor Relations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Enterprise, segment and corporate FP&A leaders, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development, and Legal.
• Facilitate the annual budgeting and strategic financial planning (3-year) process, including consolidation of enterprise financials, trend analyses, financial schedules/graphs, and other key planning processes.
• Create materials for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, including financial analysis and commentary.
• Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to increase efficiency across all work areas.
• Act as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective by safeguarding organizational assets, ensuring strong controls are in place, and protecting intellectual property.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, HFM, and SAP, preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated salary range: $82,100 - $117,200
