Analyst, FP&A

Overview

This role involves providing analytical reporting and support to the Finance Medicare Part D organization. The position requires managing various reports, conducting data analysis, and serving as a point of contact for CMS audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Platform Enrollment Report
• Generate DSNP Enrollment Reports
• Handle FIR Report and Retriggers
• Conduct PDE Acumen Reporting
• Perform IRASA Analysis and Reporting
• Manage NX Reporting
• Oversee COV 44 Reporting
• Produce Manufacturer Dispute Report
• Perform data pulls and analysis using SAS, GCP/BigQuery, or other data resources
• Serve as CMS Audit Point-of-Contact
• Maintain CMS Audit Tracker
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Communicate results effectively to team members and upper management

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of relevant and practical experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
• General finance knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAS and data warehouses
• Understanding of CMS Medicare, specifically Medicare Part D

Compensation & Benefits

• Typical pay range: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 annually
• Actual salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors
• Eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
