Associate C2C Cash Applications Process Expert

Overview

This role is part of the BSv organization and focuses on Cash Applications within Accounts Receivable (AR). The Cash Applications Process Expert participates in or leads the achievement of service levels and key team measurement targets, delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service that supports business outcomes.

You will help ensure customer-focused, compliant service delivery by adopting frictionless finance approaches, processes, technologies, and methodologies that drive innovation and continuous process improvement. You will handle standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in accordance with cash application procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the client Accounts Receivable portfolio.
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service daily, aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure quick resolution of issues and escalated items through coordination with the Credit Control Team.
• Manage a complex AR portfolio, including negotiating and implementing payment solutions with clients.
• Achieve cash collection and ageing targets.
• Apply fundamental collection techniques and adjust collection strategies based on portfolio requirements.
• Regularly assess credit management controls and procedures for change and improvement.

Requirements
