Audit & Assurance Specialist

Overview

The organization is seeking Audit and Assurance professionals to create and evaluate audit reasoning challenges for AI training modules.

This is a remote, flexible, asynchronous role. You will design realistic audit scenarios—such as control walkthroughs, sampling judgments, and findings write-ups—that test an AI model’s ability to reason like a practicing auditor.

Responsibilities

• Develop audit scenarios, control-testing exercises, and findings review challenges for AI models
• Evaluate and validate model responses for technical accuracy and professional judgment
• Collaborate with accounting and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Required Qualifications

• Experience in external or internal audit, or assurance services
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and audit standards
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CIA, or comparable credential
• Public accounting firm experience
• Familiarity with audit technology and data analytics (plus)
