This public accounting firm is expanding its audit practice and is actively hiring for Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, and Audit Manager roles with direct CIRA, HOA, condo, and real estate audit experience.

Responsibilities
- Plan, perform, and/or review audit engagements for HOA, condo associations, CIRA/community associations, and related real estate entities
- Lead and support fieldwork, testing, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with GAAP and auditing standards
- Review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the audit process and serve as a year-round resource
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify accounting and audit issues and provide clear recommendations
- Supervise, train, and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with leadership on workflow, technical issues, and process improvements
Requirements
- Audit Senior / Audit Supervisor: 3–6+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Audit Manager: 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Direct CIRA, HOA, condo association, or community association audit experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
- Experience working on audit engagements and reviewing workpapers
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
- CPA preferred or actively in progress
