Audit Senior Associate or Supervisor - Financial Services

Overview

The organization is seeking an Audit Investment Funds (IF) Audit Senior Associate or Supervisor to join its growing team.

This role supports in-charge responsibilities on larger and more complex engagements and provides manager responsibilities on smaller and less complex engagements. Work will primarily involve clients in the Financial Services Industry (including Alternative Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Broker/Dealers, and others), with periodic opportunities to assist on engagements in other industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit plans across all financial statement areas
• Lead assigned audit engagements with effective planning and execution
• Serve in-charge on larger, more complex engagements
• Provide manager responsibilities on smaller and less complex engagements
• Develop staff and support client relationships through clear communication and engagement leadership
• Periodically assist on client engagements in other industries as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA candidate
• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience, industry, or a combination of public accounting and industry experience, or its equivalent
• Experience in Financial Services required, including one or more of: Alternative Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Broker/Dealers, Insurance, or related industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated compensation range: $85,000 to $125,000
• Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location
