Overview
The organization is hiring for Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, and Audit Manager positions focused on CIRA, HOA, condo, and real estate audits. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates anywhere in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities
- Plan, perform, and/or review audit engagements for HOA, condo associations, CIRA/community associations, and related real estate entities
- Lead and support fieldwork, testing, and completion of audit engagements in accordance with GAAP and auditing standards
- Review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the audit process and serve as a year-round resource
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify accounting and audit issues and provide clear recommendations
- Supervise, train, and develop junior team members
- Work with leadership on workflow, technical issues, and process improvements
Requirements
- Audit Senior/Audit Supervisor: 3-6+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Audit Manager: 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Direct CIRA, HOA, condo association, or community association audit experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
- Experience working on audit engagements and reviewing workpapers
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA preferred or actively in progress
