Banking Officer

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Banking Officer to join their team focused on training AI models to better assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a flexible basis.

The position involves leveraging advanced financial expertise to improve AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the AI's reliability and intelligence

Qualifications

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Master's degree or PhD (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis

Compensation & Benefits
